Job summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual who is interested in an opportunity to provide technical support and system administration for Public Health Wales and NHS Wales Executive on the Datix and Civica platforms, ensuring they operate efficiently and securely.

Based in the Nursing,Qualityand Integrated Governance Directorate (NQIG), this role will work with teams across the organisation to develop andmaintainour systems whilst responding to evolving needs.

Main duties of the job

As part of the Putting Things Right team, the post holder will be responsible for delivering training and supporting users to enhance their competencies in using the systems.

This work will involve working with internal and external stakeholders, providing reports and analysis to the organisation, and ensuring that system administration, data management and security aremaintained.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

  • Qualified to Degree level in a professionally related subject or equivalent level of skills and knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Concerns, Risk and service user experience management principles.

Desirable

  • Datix Certified Professional (DCP).

  • Experience of query and report building using basic/intermediate SQL.
  • Experience of the administration of the Datix.
  • Experience of the administration of the Civica.
