Public Health Wales Improvement andInnovation (I&I) Hub was set up in summer 2022 to provide Public Health Wales with a defined and strategicapproachtoenablesustainablecontinuousimprovement andinnovation.

This is a busy,high-volumeand friendly environment that will suit an organised person with a great eye for detail, good IT skills and plenty of team spirit. Reporting to a senior manager and working with Business & Project team members, you will be adept at managing,supportingand consulting on projects to help with the implementation of ideas. You will also provide ongoing monitoring of projects to support improvement and wider adoption oradaptation. You will already have experience in project management and improvement methodologies, and a background in managing complex projects.
Main duties of the job
Wearelookingforacommittedandenthusiasticindividualwhoenjoysbeingpartof a team and iskeentousetheirskillstoplayakeyrolein thedeliveryofaninnovative public health servicehatbenefitsfrom quality improvement initiatives. The ability to support the development of webpagesand ITplatformswouldbeparticularlyusefulinthisrole. The permanent positionwillbebasedat Public Health Walesoffices,howevercurrentworkingconditionssupporthome-working,whichmaycontinueforsometime.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post however English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
