The Role:
We have an exciting fixed term/secondment opportunity for a Head of Partnering to lead our team of People and Organisation Development (POD) Partners and join the senior leadership team for the POD directorate.
About us:
We are a thriving People and OD team. We want to create integrated and strategic outcomes by developing our organisation, enabling our leaders, embedding strategic workforce planning and improving employee experience and engagement.
In the last year or two we've assessed our culture at Public Health Wales, developed a behavioural framework to bring our values to life, taken forward a programme of work on leadership and management development and supported significant change programmes.
We've been shortlisted for a CIPD Wales award for our approach to hybrid working and won awards for that and for our work on analytics from the Healthcare People Management Association.
Well-being is in our DNA, and we are committed to supporting our employees, colleagues, partners, and communities. We focus on our development. We manage by results rather than presence and wherever possible support our employees to make choices about how they work, in line with the work which needs to be delivered.
