Job summary

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a keen, enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join the National Safeguarding Service (NHS Wales) as a Personal Assistant/Senior Administration and Resource Officer.

We are looking for an individual with good communication and organisational skills, with an ability to work flexibly whilst providing support to the team's work plan programme. Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential.

Main duties of the job

To be considered for this role you will have proven experience of providing PA support or equivalent and be able to demonstrate attention to detail and be competent in diary management and in taking minutes which is a key part of the role; including excellent personal and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) and be able to engage with stakeholders at all levels across Wales.
