This role will provide senior strategic leadership for the delivery of the Trauma and ACE informed (TrACE) Organisational Toolkit within the ACE Hub Wales, with a specific focus on supporting Criminal Justice Partners.

Main duties of the job

The role requires stakeholder/ public experience and engagement functions, inclusive of:

The post holder will work to the ACE Hub Deputy Lead to deliver the objectives outlined above as well as the organisational strategic priorities.

The post holder will foster and maintain good working relationships at all levels and adopting a collaborative approach to joint working with a range of stakeholders, including Criminal Justice in Wales take forward this national priority and to ensure the ACE Hub Wales fulfils its key responsibilities.

The post holder will also adopt a positive, proactive approach to take forward projects and activities involving highly complex issues spanning a wide spectrum of service user/organisational leadership groups across services, departments and organisations. Sensitivity, sound judgement and maturity are essential for dealing directly with our partners on sensitive issues in relation to their organisational experiences of adversity and trauma, or of the people they serve.

The post holder will lead ACE Hub Wales in the promotion of the principles of the Wales Trauma-informed Framework.

The post holder will work collaboratively with the Programme Manager in the Trauma-informed Framework virtual Hub, wider TrACE team and Training, Strategy and Skills lead at ACE Hub Wales.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
