The Vaccination Programme Wales is a key national priority and seeks to transform the delivery of immunisation across Wales, in line with the National Immunisation Framework 2022.

The NHS Wales Delivery Unit, Vaccination Programme Wales is currently recruiting 1x fixed-term Senior Project Manager post (Maternity Cover) to support the ongoing vaccination programme.

Working in the NHS Wales Delivery Unit offers the opportunity for a talented individual to further develop their skills, experience, knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate willgain experience in a wide range of settings, influencing and delivering real change for the benefit of citizens in Wales. They will also gain experience of working at all levels of the health and social care system, including opportunities to work with Welsh Government colleagues and be involved with national programme boards, change programmes and policy development.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
