Job summary
We are looking for an excelling and proven senior project manager or experienced clinician to scope, benchmark and undertake a national evaluation of current psychological services available to people affected by cancer. They will work collaboratively with Macmillan and key stakeholders to produce a report outlining recommendations on psychological services.
Any candidate should have a proven track record, understand the Wales Cancer Network agenda and organisational arrangements to succeed in leading and delivering a bespoke work programme that includes the speciality of quality, patient experience and engagement.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
Candidates will need to demonstrate proven ability to lead a programme of work requiring high level of communication, networking skills and relationship management to effectively negotiate the delivery of multi-disciplinary and cross boundary pieces of work.
