Job summary

The Business Support Manager will provide business management and operational support to manage the infrastructure in North Wales. This will include providing advice and support to staff and service users from an estates management perspective in North Wales and also include working closely with our Digital Services Division. The post holder will be responsible for facilitating quality services that are responsive to Public Health Wales operational needs ensuring that the service provided is safe, efficient, effective and delivered to the highest possible standard.

Main duties of the job

Supporting the Senior Facilities Manager, this will be a key role to support and improve the day to day operations of the organisations infrastructure in North Wales in areas covering facilities management, planning and performance, procurement, risk management, health & safety as well as contributing to a range of service development activities and projects.

Working closely with colleagues across the team, Digital Services and staff across Public Health Wales, the Business Support Manager will be responsible for collating and managing information and providing regular updates and reports, often including sensitive and confidential information.
