Job summary

The Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust (WAST) is looking for a highly professional, motivated, and reliable individual to undertake administrative and secretarial duties to support the Clinical Directorate's Clinical Logistics Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-pacedand changing environment providing professional administrative supportandresolving day-to-day challenges.

Main duties of the job

In order to provide effective and efficient administrative and secretarial support, you will have:

  • An extensive knowledge of administrative procedures
  • The ability to use your own initiative to prioritise a varied workload.
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good organisational and time management qualities.
  • You will be expected to appropriately manage confidential,complex,and sensitive information, exercisingdiscretion,andalwaysupholding high professional and ethical standards.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
