Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a capable and experienced individual to manage reception services at the Welsh Ambulance Services Clinical Contact Centre at Vantage Point House, Cwmbran on a full time fixed term basis.

Main duties of the job

This is an exciting and varied role and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with a wide variety of people, has good interpersonal skills with excellent communication and IT skills. The ideal candidate will be able to speak Welsh, be organised, helpful, friendly and with previous experience in a similar role.

The post-holder is accountable to the Facilities Manager and is required to liaise effectively with Trust staff at all levels and with a wide range of external contacts calling the Trust by telephone or visiting in person.

This post is fixed term for 12 months to meet the needs of the service.

The Welsh language requirements for this post are essential.
