We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic Recruitment Services Advisor to join our Shared Service recruitment team. Our shared service model has enabled us to reshape NHS recruitment through innovation and technology and you'll play a pivotal role in delivering excellent customer service and recruitment expertise. You'll be part of a team Hiring employee's on ESR system for some of the largest NHS Trusts in London and have the autonomy to excel in your role with the support of our technology and recruitment centre of excellence.

Your workplace will be the vibrant Enfield Civic Centre Site, where innovation and collaboration thrive. Please note, this role is based at The Enfield Civic Centre Site, with at least 3 days to be worked in the office. For the duration of the training, the post holder is required to be in the office 5 days.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will primarily be assigned to one of the below functional teams within the service but will/ may be required to work across all functions at times and to rotate between teams when required:
- Hiring on ESR system
- Advertising / front end
- Employment checks
- Compliance
- HEE rotations
- Bulk recruitment
- Equality and diversity
The post-holder will provide a high quality, responsive, streamlined end-to end recruitment service to a range of clients, managing processes following receipt of vacancy control approval and/or authorisation to hire to a post on a training rotation, through to commencement of employment.The post-holder will work with and support team leaders/managers and colleagues to collectively deliver a comprehensive recruitment service to clients in line with standard operating procedures, with service level agreements and as outlined in clients' recruitment and selection policies.
