Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Velindre Health Records Department as an Outpatient Receptionist. To work as a member of the Health Records team with a focus on Outpatient services. The post holder will carry out reception, clerical and any relevant non-clinical duties which assist the Health Records, Outpatient, medical staff and patients.
Main duties of the job
The post will also involve carrying out administration duties.
By the nature of the duties, the post holder will be required to maintain strict confidentiality and will be expected to deal with staff, patients, carers and relatives with courtesy and discretion at all times.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post
