Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Trainer to join the Digital Programmes team for 12 months, to work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust, in the planning, design, co-ordination and delivery of the digital training requirements within the Trust. There are currently three significant strands of training: M365 modules, training to support our existing and new national clinical systems and training to support the digital inclusion agenda and the wider theme of a 'Digital Organisation', within the Digital strategy. The post holder will also lead on identifying opportunities to support individual departments in the adoption of the learning management system - LMS365, within the organisation.

This is a Fixed term /Secondment for 12 months to cover needs of the Service

Main duties of the job
Responsible for developing new and existing digital training relationships, both within the Trust and across the wider NHS Wales setting. Promote the learning opportunities from existing digital content training repositories hosted by the clinical systems teams and the M365 Centre of Excellence at Digital Health Care Wales. Actively participate in the digital learning agendas co-ordinated by HEIW. Lead on the design and development of digital training packages, undertaking training needs analysis, collating responses and identifying the most appropriate training approach(es). Plan and deliver digital training to colleagues across the Trust, both in a classroom setting or online. Work collaboratively with the Business Change Manager to assess the needs of the organisation and to develop the most appropriate training modules, for our critical clinical systems. Prepare suitable digital training content, for use across a range of channels, obtaining input and feedback from internal colleagues/key stakeholders.Develops & maintains proactive communication with all training leads, managers and colleagues, promoting awareness of the digital training opportunities, via a range of activities e.g. lunch & learns.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
