We're looking for someone to join the Digital Services team at Velindre University NHS Trust and contribute to revolutionising healthcare processes through the power of Robotic Process Automation. We are seeking a talented and experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer. In this role you will be instrumental in the establishment and development of our RPA capabilities, ensuring efficient and effective automation of processes across clinical and non-clinical services. As an RPA Developer you will design, build, test and provide support for business application systems, utilising industry best practices and specialist tools.
Main duties of the job
- Design and develop end-to-end solutions for robotic automation processes, aligning them with various business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and analyse existing processes for RPA implementation.
- Build, test, and deploy RPA solutions, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Provide technical expertise and support for RPA systems, ensuring their smooth operation and addressing any exceptions or issues that arise.
- Assist team members and end users in utilising enhanced application systems, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in RPA and recommend improvements and advancements to enhance system capabilities.
- Liaise effectively with team members, end users, and software providers to ensure seamless deployment and migration of RPA solutions.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including change management processes and post-implementation reports.
