Job summary
The Cancer Service is delighted to be recruiting for Clinical Psychologist to join the team.
Aspects of the role include:
- Scope the need for psychological input across cancer services within the Northern and Eastern cancer service.
- Provision of individualised psychology assessments and psychological therapy.
- Working with the clinical team to support them in the psychological factors around care and their work with patients.
- Conduct a detailed service evaluation with the support of the lead and report to highlight the outcomes of the service highlighting areas for further developing and contributing towards future business cases.
The post holder with develop the psychology service which will complement the current established counselling service available to patients.
