Are you passionate and motivated to use your clinical knowledge and assessment skills to support patient discharge from hospital and prevent admission? We are offering an opportunity to become part of the Urgent Community Response (UCR) team in Exeter South & West, working within a motivated MDT, to optimise peoples abilities and quality of life, to remain as independent as possible.
We currently have a 12 month secondment / fixed term opportunity for a motivated physiotherapist to join the UCR team in the Exeter South & West Cluster. The team offers a supportive and collaborative environment within an multidisciplinary team, including OTs, Physios, Nursing, pharmacy clinicians and support worker colleagues
