Job responsibilities

This role is integral to our mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across various settings, including community clinics, acute outpatient clinics, inpatient settings, and domiciliary care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning for patients with a wide range of podiatric needs, as well discharging patients who have completed treatment, or who do not meet the service access criteria.
• Opportunities to take part in nail surgery, MSK, wound care, education and audit.

• Work flexibly across multiple sites to meet the needs of the service.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills within a team setting.
• Utilise strong organisational skills to work independently and contribute to service development.

About You:

• Must be a registered HCPC podiatrist
• Passionate about delivering high standards of patient care.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the service demands.

A sound understanding of clinical governance and risk management is important, as well as being up to date with national guidelines and current best practice.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 08:30AM - 16:30PM
