We are looking to recruit individuals who have a passion for providing an excellent customer focused experience for the healthcare professionals we support across Devon.

We are looking for individuals to join a team of likeminded people who believe that team work is essential to provide a unified, customer focused service. Members of the team own the collective responsibility for the overall performance of the service and show integrity, attention to detail and demonstrate a can do attitude at all times.

Any successful candidate will need the ability to respond to all support requests in a tactful, diplomatic and compassionate manner. Ideally, each candidate will also have the following experience and abilities:

  • A friendly and helpful telephone manner.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to work to deadlines
  • Experience of working in an IT Service Desk environment.
  • A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages.
  • A working knowledge of Active Directory

Experience of supporting IT systems in a hospital Service Desk environment is also desirable.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week and 22.5 hours per week.
