We're looking for a Digital Service Delivery Manager!
The post holder will be responsible for the innovation, monitoring and delivery of the Asset management process, along with the operational management of the ICT service delivery, they will also manage the transition of projects into BAU, alongside providing support to senior management and other team members. The post holder is required to provide direction and support to other members of the team whilst developing effective working relationships, efficient practices, and a motivated workforce.

Main duties of the job
- Work with third parties and suppliers to ensure that the IT service and Trust assets are monitored and delivered effectively across the Solent estate.
- Ensure that Service Requests are managed effectively and within SLA and expedite requests where appropriate
- Work with suppliers to roll out operational solutions and embed business change into the day to day processes
- Meet with suppliers and build strong working relationships with both suppliers and partners
- Monitor benefits and risks, including financial, operational, strategic and quality.
- Manage the services invoices and ensure prompt payment
- Manage all external funding and report to national teams as required
- Write Policies, Business Cases, project documentation and Reports as required.
- Be responsible for providing and receiving complex information from multiple sources around the
- development, delivery, and management of operational projects, interpreting this information and
- Manage the existing IT contracts and proactively work with services to align new contracts to the Trust strategy.
- Be responsible for effective communication across the IT team including establishing a wide range of
- Support positive working relationships with staff across the IT department and trust.
- Support the work of the ICT senior management team.
- Demonstrate outstanding motivational skills and influencing skills in driving projects forward
- Support the development and coordinate complex business cases and projects which support the IT
