Job summary
Are you passionate about driving forward changes in the NHS by obtaining hard numeric facts about the impact of innovations in healthcare?
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with proven analytical skills and a desire to support fast paced reporting and development projects. The main purpose of this post is to provide high quality analysis and reporting to support our 4 organisations in scope of Programme Fusion whilst working closely with the People teams.

Main duties of the job

*You will be required to design, develop, and test complex queries and reports and then present and discuss information with stakeholders. It will also be necessary to investigate anomalies and liaise with colleagues to clarify and resolve issues that may be affecting data outputs. You must have significant experience of working with large datasets and developing interactive end user dashboards.
*Be a key link between Fusion programme and the Workforce Data Intelligence team, ensuring the flow of work requests is effectively communicated.
*As the part of the Fusion team, take the lead on compiling our Workforce Data for the purpose of ELI (Employers Liability Information) in preparation for the transfer of Solent staff into the new Organisation.
*Work with the People Partnering team to ensure the data is accurate, and complete ahead of transfer.
*Support the Fusion team in the compiling of staff data, documents, files and reporting in preparation for the [TUPE] transfer.
*You must have strong problem-solving skills and be an excellent communicator as the role will involve the production and assurance of a wide range of reports
