Band 3 Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) Administrator - Neurology

Job summary

To work as part of a team providing comprehensive Administration / Co-ordination support to the MS CNS team.

Working in conjunction with colleagues, service users and internal and external stakeholders.

The post holder will work under indirect supervision and will directly contribute to and co-ordinate the

efficient running of the service.

Main duties of the job

You will need to be able to demonstrate experience as an administrator, be motivated and able to work under your own initiative to ensure an efficient, high quality and professional service. Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and time management skills are essential along with a proven ability to work well in a team in a high pressured environment. You will need to be enthusiastic and flexible, with proven administrative skills.

The main duties of the job include, but are not limited to, Photocopying, Scanning and filing letters and documents as required, receiving and dealing with telephone enquiries as appropriate.
