Band 3 Clinical Support Administrator

Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to work as part of our administration team that provides a comprehensive administrative support service for Therapy outpatient services. This is a very busy and demanding role and duties will include waiting list management, new appointments processes, providing cover for our frontline clinic reception and assessment clinics and supporting digital dictation.
Applicants should be computer literate and have experience of using Oceano or other patient administration systems, together with a good level of education e.g. NVQ 3 in admin or working towards NVQ 3, or equivalent. Together with good communication skills, and the ability to work in a very busy and often pressurised environment, dealing with patient queries, telephone enquiries, and with other NHS professionals and agencies, in ensuring the patient's overall experience is of the best in care. Main duties of the job
Waiting List management, processing referrals, telephone calls, managing PBWL & PIFU. Managing digital systems DRDR, Dragon, dealing with telephone queries from patients and staff, general admin duties. Good knowledge of IT packages is essential.
