Job summary
Digital Print Operative
We're looking for an experienced and highly skilled digital print operative to join UHB to work in our in-house print department.
You will have need keen eye for detail and experience of operating Konica Minolta production presses, knowledge of Fiery Command Workstation and programmes within the Adobe Creative Suite. You will also undertake the print finishing of printed work utilising the department's print finishing machinery.

- *Good General Education (e.g. GCSE English and Maths A-C/ 4-9 or equivalent)
- *NVQ Level 3 in Graphic design, printing or printing finishing or equivalent relevant experience
- *Press Operator Accredited training course / Level 4 vocational or equivalent working experience
- *Press safety training or equivalent experience

- *Experience working in a Printing facility
- *In-depth knowledge of Print techniques and technologies including lithographic and digital print
- *Experience of working with Adobe Creative suite e.g InDesign etc.
- *Knowledge of dealing with non-routine issues such as problem solving for an area of work
- *Experience of working with a range IT packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook
- *Experience of working as part of a team
- *Understand confidentiality and apply the principles in everyday working practice
