Castle Vale Dialysis Unit is one of the Trust's five nurse-led satellite units, providing outpatient haemodialysis within a Business Park setting. Our unit currently operates 36 stations across six days a week, following a three-shift pattern.

At interview, applicants will be expected to demonstrate effective communication skills, a flexible approach, and a readiness to lead by example. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities are essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of care while managing the demands of our busy unit. We seek motivated, organized, and passionate renal nurses who are committed to excellence.

Participation in an out-of-hours on-call service is an essential component of this role.

The Directorate is dedicated to the training and professional development of all staff, offering regular appraisals and continuous support from our specialist training team.

  • *Recognition of the accountability of a registered nurse

Experience

  • *Willingness to become a practice supervisor / assessor to or meets Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) standards for student supervision and assessment
