Job summary
The role purpose is primarily to provide first line support to all users of the electronic rostering systems, including Managers and Employees, providing support, advice and information with regard to the administration of the system. Responding to and resolving problems and escalating where appropriate to the eRostering System Administrators and/or Manager, running user training sessions, and engaging with users via email, telephone, video call and face to face.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, possess good communication skills, have a logical mind and good eye for detail, possess good IT skills, have a thirst for knowledge and self development.
This is an excellent opportunity for a team player who relishes a challenge and is keen to use their own initiative as well as work within a dedicated team.
As first point of contact in a highly demanding environment, excellent customer service skills are paramount. The workload is varied, therefore a flexible working attitude, ability to work to ever changing demands and be to prioritise your work with minimal supervision as well as working as part of a team is essential.

Whilst the role is mainly office hours (Mon-Fri -- 0800-1600) you should exhibit a willingness to work flexibly across the week which may include some weekends or bank holidays. The Team work a hybrid pattern working at home and on site each week. UHB is a multi site organisation and therefore the successful candidate would be expected to work across all sites as required.
