Main duties of the job
As a senior employee of the Trust, you will work in close co-operation with, and support other clinical, medical professional and managerial colleagues in providing high quality healthcare to the Trust's patients.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellence in patient care
- To have oversight of all team activity during that clinical session and provide support to other registered and non-registered clinical practitioners when needed
- Ability to work effectively in a team & with colleagues from a wide range of professional and organisational backgrounds
- Sustaining and developing teaching and training
- Regular participation in departmental and directorate meetings
- Conducting clinical practice in accordance with contractual requirements and within the parameters of the Trust's service plans
- To participate proactively in GIM on call with medical consultant colleagues on a rota basis
