Job summary
University Hospital Birmingham is looking to appoint a fixed-term Leadership Development post with clinical experience in Oral Surgery in conjunction with NHS-Midlands (WT&E). This post has been specifically created with the primary objective of encouraging the development of leadership skills and supporting your role as a future leader. A combined job description and person specification is attached. This is a full-time post with a salary at DCT3/ST1 level.
Main duties of the job
UHB anticipates that 0.4 WTE hours will be spent on project work under the direction of NHSE-Midlands (WT&E). However, UHB also recognises the importance and value of maintaining clinical skills. The posts will therefore have a 0.6 WTE clinical sessions based in UHB sites across BSol. These sessions will be tailored to career aspiration and may include Oral Surgery, Sedation, Orthodontics and other sub specialty interests and may be subject to change depending on service needs.

- *Minimum of 3 year's post registration experience in clinical dentistry in the NHS

- *able to provide complete details of their employment history, including employment gaps
