These are exciting times for UHB. 2024 has seen a new operating model implemented, our Elective hub opens with new wards and services and for our workforce the creation of four new Senior People Advisors which in turn supports this expansion.

Working with Senior People Partners / People Partners you will be an integral cog in the delivery of our 'People priorities'.
You will be charged with supporting our leaders and colleagues by way of advise on People related matters to include ER, disciplinary, grievance, dignity at work, performance management and sickness absence management.
Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training to up-skill Managers whilst challenging and delivering innovative new ways of working within a Just and Learning Culture.
Main duties of the job
Our People Directorate supports our 24,000 colleagues, it is essential that you as the successful candidate demonstrate your ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships across all stakeholders whilst using your experience in People Services within a busy and diverse environment where prioritising effectively with hold you in good stead.
You will need to live and breathe our values of being kind, connected and bold as well as being inclusive, fair and supportive. You will also be keen to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple conflicting demands and pressures, whilst continuing to provide management to any direct reports and managing a caseload of complex HR issues.
