Job summary

Its exciting times at Solihull Hospital. This Summer sees the completion of a state of the art robotic led elective hub, additional wards/ services and additional growth in our Out of Hospital Services. We have a great opportunity to build on our success, empower our colleagues and enhance our patient experience.
To support these plans and existing services, applications are now invited for the role of Medical Director for CDG7.
With Dr Pratima Gupta the CDG Medical Director you will provide leadership, strategic direction and management of all resources and colleagues within the Clinical Delivery Group (CDG).
As Medical Director your key responsibilities will be in the provision of quality care to our patients through effective clinical pathways and providing psychological safe environment for our staff to work in collaboration with the multidisciplinary senior leadership team at Solihull.
Main duties of the job
As Medical Director for CDH7 you will join the wider Senior Leadership team and in partnership with other CDG Medical Directors will deliver its clinical strategy and the safe and efficient functioning of Solihull Hospital and Out of Hospital Services.
Success in this great opportunity will see your existing experience in clinical leadership, strategy design/ implementation and operational management- where you can deliver the priorities and find solutions to the challenges we often face.
