Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and motivated Personal Assistant to join Division 7 at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. Division 7 includes Solihull Community Services, Rapid Response, GP Services, Complex Discharge Hubs, Intermediate Care Beds and Early Intervention. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Division 7 team.
The successful candidate will be secretarial support for Division 7 management, providing administrative services to enable the smooth running of the Division, liaising with both internal and external agencies. To be successful in this role you will need excellent communication, time management, administrative and Microsoft office skills.
The office base for this role will be at Solihull Community Hospital

Main duties of the job
Key tasks will include;
*Arrange, organise and support meetings, visits and appointments
*Prepare papers/ administration for meetings
*Minute meetings for the Divisional Management Team, and others as required
*Provide cover for colleagues
*Coordinate relevant workforce and service documentation / reporting
