Deputy Managing Director of Operations - VSM circa 80-92k

We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Managing Director of Operations who is keen to make a real difference with our teams as we restore and develop services to provide excellent integrated care for our patients.

Main duties of the job

Working in collaboration with the Managing Director of Operations, the Deputy Managing Director will be responsible for the day to day running of operations across the trust.

This new position will be responsible for the Clinical Site team and work closely with the Divisional Management teams to develop and improve patient care and flow across the trust. This will be multi-site, will reflect evidence based best practice, the Trust's strategic direction and national initiatives.

The post holder will work as part of substantial senior operational team to deliver the trust priorities and objectives, the annual plan and transformation agenda to deliver key operational targets.
