Job summary
We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to get involved in all aspects of administration in the
office, can prioritise workload and meet deadlines with accuracy and
efficiency.
Hours - 22.5 to 30 hours per week over 3 or 4 days.
Three day working pattern - (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
Four day working pattern - (Monday - Thursday)
On call working is a requirement of the role. As the service is delivered during evenings (6.30-8.00pm) and weekends (8.30am-5.00pm) a support service is provided by the team. This involves taking telephone calls should any issues arise. Additional payment is provided for this and training will be provided.

Main duties of the job
The main focus of this role is to provide valuable administrative support for the Clinical Services team.
This role is fast paced and is an exciting opportunity for someone to continue building, supporting and improving the existing systems and services in place.

Completion and submission of monthly performance returns
Setup and maintain spreadsheets
