Join our supportive, nurse-led team at Carlton Court Hospital, Lowestoft. Our three 11-bed inpatient units provide a calm and caring environment for adults with a range of complex physical and mental health needs. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, youll deliver high-quality, person-centred care that supports dignity, safety, and comfort.

We are looking for Band 5 Staff Nurses who bring clinical confidence, warmth, and professionalism to their role. Youll be responsible for assessing, planning and implementing care, administering medication, supervising support staff and students, and helping to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment. To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • NMC registration and a relevant nursing qualification

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be part of a team to assess, plan, provide and evaluate nursing care, ensuring it is of the highest quality and patient centered. To work as an effective member of the multi-disciplinary team, supporting colleagues in their role. The post holder will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost-effective evidence based care for patients with highly complex needs.

Carlton Court Hospital is a healthcare facility located in Carlton Colville, Lowestoft, Suffolk (NR33 8AG). The wards provide a range of services, including rehabilitation and support for individuals with complex health needs.
