Hr Manager - Band 7
£53,751 - £60,651 Inclusive of HCAS
Please note hybrid working is available however there is a requirement for the successful candidate to attend the HR office in addition to various BHC estates as required.
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who will help us deliver our HR Strategy. You will deliver on strategic projects such as organisation change management; work with line managers and staff, providing high quality HR advice and guidance; undertake coaching and training of line managers and carry out in-depth reporting and analysis of people data. The successful candidate will have CIPD registration and either a CIPD Level 7 qualification or be able to evidence an equivalent level of relevant experience and study. You will have significant, in-depth experience of HR, people management and employee relations experience in an NHS setting and be able to demonstrate up to date specialist knowledge of employment legislation and best practice across all areas of HR. Interviews expected to be held week commencing 22nd September
Main duties of the job
You will provide day-to-day support to the HR Business Partner and work closely with the Employee Relations team, to manage a complex employee relations workload and ensure matters are dealt with in a timely manner. You will also act as the line manager for an HR Assistant and HR Advisor.
