Lymphoedema-Tissue Viability Nurse - Band 6
£42,939 - £50,697 inc HCAS per annum pro rata
Part time - 30 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a specialist nurse/ practitioner within the Tissue Viability and Lymphoedema Service. The post-holder will work collaboratively with the Tissue Viability and Lymphoedema team to provide a high quality, patient focused service for patients presenting with Lymphoedema/chronic oedema and/or Tissue Viability issues.
This will involve active participation in complex patient assessment and management and teaching both on a one-to-one basis, to groups and on formal study days. The post holder will join a small team of motivated, passionate clinicians.
They will support the achievement of Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's) and use data to manage caseloads and monitor KPIs and clinical outcomes. The post holder will support with relevant clinical audit, teaching and will be actively involved in service development.
