Our 'belonging' value focuses on building a community where inclusivity and diversity are celebrated and colleagues feel psychologically safe to bring their authentic selves to work.

Our aim is for everyone to be listened to and have an equal opportunity to flourish. In line with our continuous learning value, we are proud to embrace learning, quality improvement, and innovation in aspiring to be the best we can be.As a service, we are very supportive of innovation and change and you will be afforded the flexibility to be creative.

You will be a communicative team player, with experience in wound care and management of the diabetic foot.

You will be able to manage a caseload, and although predominantly clinical care will be needed, you will be able to organise visits to those who are unable to attend community clinics. You will be confident in treatment, and be aware of criteria for service. You will know your scope of practice, when to ask for help, and how to escalate concerns to MDFT.

You will be able to liaise with nursing staff to arrange visits, and form treatment plans for internal and external departments to follow.

You will support the service and colleagues in clinic, and when seeing patients at home.
