Job summary

South East Locality are pleased to announce a permanent 32 hour per week job role for a qualified Social Worker has become available.

As a team we support and assess members of our community. We deliver Care Act Assessments and Reviews to ensure the correct levels of support and information is provided.

As a Social Worker within the team you will be working with an highly experienced team comprising of Social Workers and Social Care practitioners.

This role may not be eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route; please refer to the Direct Gov website for more information with regards to eligibility.

Main duties of the job

  • Completion of Care Act Assessments and Reviews
  • Completion of Mental Capacity Act Assessments
  • Active involvement in team and individual Continuing Practice Development activities
  • Involvement in legal cases
