North West Locality are pleased to announce a permanent 37.5 hour per week job role for a qualified Social Worker has become available.
As a team we support and assess members of our community. We deliver Care Act Assessments and Reviews to ensure the correct levels of support and information is provided.
As a Social Worker within the team you will be working with an highly experienced team comprising of Social Workers and Social Care practitioners.
Main duties of the job
Completion of Care Act Assessments and Reviews
Completion of Mental Capacity Act Assessments
Active involvement in team and individual Continuing Practice Development activities
Involvement in legal cases
Duty Cover within the Team

As such, they are required to undertake complex and proportionate assessments that are evidence-based.
