Join Livewell Southwest's Project Management Office (PMO) and be a pivotal part of our dynamic and transformation focused team. Your role as a Project Manager will involve providing day-to-day planning, facilitation and support of a wide range of fast-paced and transformative projects. You will be responsible for ensuring your portfolio of projects are effectively managed and delivered against targets in alignment with our PMO project assurance processes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management and facilitation skills, prioritising delivery, outcomes, and benefits. While robust understanding of project management tools and methodologies are essential, we equally value problem-solving ability, innovation, and an investigative mindset.

At Livewell Southwest we offer a hybrid working model, allowing a blend of home and office-based work. You'll be expected to attend our office in Crownhill Court, Plymouth (PL6 5DH), for a minimum of 4 days per month (flexible based on business need). Occasional travel to other Livewell Southwest sites may be required.

Main duties of the job

As a Project Manager within the Livewell Southwest PMO your primary objective will be to support the Programme Manager in the oversight, planning, execution, completion and benefits realisation of projects within specified target dates and budgetary constraints. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing stakeholders, and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Your role will involve fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders (both internal and external), providing clear direction, and implementing effective project management methodologies to achieve organisational goals efficiently and effectively.

The role will involve working closely with the Senior Responsible Owners, operational, corporate and clinical colleagues for the assigned projects to define the objectives, scope and benefits through to delivery of multiple projects, support and advise on change processes and identify and mitigate any risks to those projects with the support of the Programme Manager.

The post holder will support and provide project management coaching, experience and guidance to those whose projects they support.
