Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team. Established in 2018, the Workforce Solutions team provides a temporary staffing service to Provide and external clients, covering all aspects of the requests from recruitment, shift booking, pay and training compliance.

Main duties of the job

We are looking to someone to assist with a range of HR-related tasks to ensure a smooth running of our in-house staff bank. Key duties include assisting with payroll, production of data, and supporting our recruitment process, when required.

Job description

Job responsibilities

  • To undertake administration to ensure Workforce Solutions staff are paid correctly for the shifts they have worked.
  • To ensure databases and systems contain correct information and are maintained appropriately
  • To provide an administrative/telephone service to candidates, employees, workers and line managers predominately in relation to recruitment and selection, but additionally general HR topics.
  • Photocopying, scanning, ordering and stock maintenance, issue of uniforms and any other duties required by Workforce Solutions.
  • To assist with the recruitment, co-ordination, training and induction of staff for the Provide Workforce Solutions team.
  • To undertake and maintain appropriate checks on Workforce Solutions staff members to ensure they have the correct clearance, skills and knowledge to undertake a shift
  • To co-ordinate unfilled shift requests and fill with the appropriate personnel from the Provide Workforce Solutions team or approved agencies across the Provide Group of companies.
