An outstanding role for a talented and innovative Development Professional to lead a Group-wide approach to Talent Development and play a key senior role in in the design and delivery of Talent, Learning and Leadership Development interventions which delivers value and maximises ROI in conjunction with key stakeholders.
Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is a role where you will need to demonstrate a track record in implementing a robust approach to succession planning and high potential development, as well as, leading on the implementation of Leadership programmes including the enhancement of coaching and mentoring, as well as, a Health and Wellbeing strategy. Your remit will be to create and develop a strategy for Talent Development and lead a Team which is regarded as a strategic partner to the business. The successful individual will be an advocate of best practice and able to create a career development strategy including new induction and appraisal processes. You will further develop a framework to support the organisational values, ensuring that organisational behaviours are defined and understood throughout the organisation whilst working in collaboration with business leaders and HR Business Partners to deliver an incorporated approach to Talent Development, which develops the talent pools, enhances colleague engagement and is able to embed career pathways.
