Job summary
The Workforce Solutions team provides a temporary staffing service to Provide and external clients, covering all aspects of the request and booking process.
We are looking for someone to develop and maintain good working relationships with temporary staff, service managers and colleagues, clinical and non-clinical leads, to ensure that managers and candidates are kept informed at all stages of the temporary staffing request process.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone who has-
- Experience of working in a busy customer service/office environment
- Administrative/data entry experience
- Ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
- Ability to work without supervision, use own initiative and prioritise
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Clear verbal and written communication skills

The role will also involve maintaining and updating records and databases using E-roster and other Workforce Solutions systems. The role will also include supporting the processing of timesheets, as well as maintaining the compliance of bank workers.
