We have an incredible development opportunity to join Nottingham CityCare Partnership working within the People Operations Team.

You will develop excellent administration skills whilst gaining a Customer Service/Business Administration Level 2 standard apprenticeship qualification.

You will join a friendly and experienced team and will provide a confident, friendly, and efficient administration service as part of the People Operations Team based at Aspect Court

Supervision, training, coaching and guidance will be given in all tasks until an acceptable level of competency and confidence has been achieved. Training will involve working alongside the team providing administrative support to the Recruitment team and Transactional team.

With ongoing supervision, you will provide day to day support and assistance in all work carried out by the department. You will also undertake full administration duties, which will include placing adverts, recruiting new starters to the organisation, dealing with queries from all employees, and undertaking transactional tasks

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be trained in all aspects of HR support, to include all recruitment and transactional tasks whilst undertaking their Customer Service / Business Administration Level 2 standard apprenticeship qualification.

We are looking for individuals that have an interest in HR administration, have good organisational skills and who would thrive in a busy environment.

The position involves general administration tasks; including managing telephone enquiries, communicating with service users, and health care professionals whilst supporting the day-to-day administrative duties as required by the People Operations department

Job Purpose

  • To provide a confident, friendly and efficient administration service as part of the People Directorate based at Aspect Court, Bulwell, Nottingham.
  • Training will involve working alongside the Recruitment and Transaction team. You will undertake full administration duties, which will include dealing with recruitment processes and transaction processes and enquiries, both in person, over the telephone and via email.
  • The Apprentice will work under the supervision of the Recruitment Officer and People Operations Manager
  • The postholder will be expected to act as an ambassador for the People Operations Team and organisation, complying with the Trusts values and behaviours at all times.

  • To keep a personal development portfolio up to date, and attend the mandatory courses set out by CityCare, whilst displaying a motivation to continue to learn through attending additional training relevant to the post and the individuals learning goals.
  • To answer/deal with queries, both face to face and via telephone and email, demonstrating confidence and professionalism at all times when dealing with people
  • Comply with current CityCare health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Strictly observe confidentiality of all information and adhere to the Data Protection Act.
