Clinical Service Lead: Children's
Health Advice Hub (CHAH)

We
are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Service Lead to join our Children's
Health Advice Hub. You will be part of our 0-19 Public Health team, working to
triage incoming referrals and queries from families and from professionals. This CSL role will have no remit for any face
to face clinical work, but virtual contact with families/clients and other
professionals will be required. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is highly motivated,
resilient, and organised. You will have exceptional communication skills and a
solution focused, strengths-based outlook. In return we will offer you an
opportunity to be involved in the continued planning and development of our
evolving advice hub. You will be supported by a CSM who will actively encourage
your innovation and creative ideas to continue to drive this project forward.
This
is an office based role at Clifton Cornerstone and please note that this is a
full-time permanent position.

Main duties of the job
You
will have oversight and co-ordination of the Children's Health Advice Hub re
- You
will work collegiately with other Clinical Service Leads to ensure accessibility
to high quality children's services throughout Nottingham City and across the 0
-19 age range.
- You
will plan and allocate work to team members in line with their skills, knowledge
and expertise
- You
will line manage staff and support the Clinical Service Manager to ensure
delivery of an integrated service offer for children and young people aged 0 -
19 and their families within the new team
- You
will be responsible for ensuring that your teams activities align with
organisational objectives and contractual requirements
- You
will help to design relevant SOPS, Policies and Pathways to ensure our public
health offer aligns with our 0-19 service and our other hub models
- You will
act as a Super User and train staff on our 0-19 TEXT Health Service

as part of an integrated children's services team (0 19) within a specified Hub
model.
- To co-ordinate the day-to-day activities within the Hub model,
core service team for children and young people aged 0 19 and their families.
- To line manage staff.
- To support the Clinical Service Manager to deliver an
integrated service offer for children and young people aged 0 - 19 and their
families.
- To work collegiately with other Clinical Service
Leads to ensure the delivery of high-quality childrens services throughout
Nottingham City and across the 0 -19 age range.

performance reviews and tracking set objectives.
- Undertake clinical activities relevant to knowledge, skills
and expertise as required to meet the needs of the service.

signing off e-expenses, contributing to stock ordering and asset tracking

leave to ensure adequate cover during core service hours.

Monitor,
authorise and record annual leave in line with organisational policy and procedure.

staff including staff induction programmes and mentorship

and support staff performance by ensuring effective caseload management.

of training compliance within the Hub model.

To ensure that team members access appropriate
mandatory and service-specific training in line with training compliance
matrix.

To access regular safeguarding supervision and
ensure that staff are effectively supported regarding safeguarding and that
they access safeguarding supervision also.

Escalate concerns related to staff performance
and contribute to the effective implementation of supportive action plans
working closely with the Hub model Clinical Service Manager.

available to all staff, including restorative supervision and occupational
health.
