Join Navigo's Digital Systems and Insight Team as our Business
Intelligence Lead and help shape how data, analytics, reporting, and data
warehouse solutions support mental health services across North East
Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong business
intelligence and analytical experience to work at the centre of service
improvement, performance reporting, and digital innovation within a
forward-thinking organisation.

Main duties of the job
The Business Intelligence Lead
will oversee the delivery of business intelligence, analytics, dashboards, and
data warehouse solutions that support operational, contractual, and strategic
decision-making across Navigo. Working within the Digital Systems and Insight
Team, the post holder will coordinate and support a skilled team responsible
for performance reporting, statutory returns, and the development of reporting
and analytical solutions for clinical, operational, and corporate services.
The role requires
strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, including experience
working with large datasets, SQL, reporting tools, and data warehouse
environments. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to
understand reporting requirements, improve data quality, and translate
information into meaningful insight that supports service improvement,
performance management, and organisational priorities..

Key Responsibilities of the
Business Intelligence Lead:-
Coordinate the delivery of business
intelligence, analytics, reporting, dashboard, and data warehouse solutions to
support operational, contractual, and strategic decision-making across Navigo.
Oversee the production of performance
reports, statutory returns, dashboards, and analytical outputs, ensuring
information is accurate, meaningful, timely, and accessible to a wide range of
stakeholders.
Support the day-to-day coordination and
prioritisation of analytics and data warehouse functions, ensuring work is
aligned to organisational priorities and delivered within agreed timescales.
Work collaboratively with the Data Warehouse
team and wider digital colleagues to translate reporting and analytical
requirements into sustainable reporting and data warehouse solutions.
Analyse and interpret complex datasets to
identify trends, variation, risks, pressures, and opportunities, providing
evidence-based recommendations to support service improvement and
organisational priorities.
Support the development and continuous
improvement of dashboards and visual reporting, promoting best practice in data
visualisation and user experience.
Maintain high standards of data quality and
support data quality improvement initiatives, ensuring reporting complies with
national standards and statutory requirements.
Build effective working relationships with
clinical, operational, and corporate teams to understand evolving reporting
requirements and support projects, quality improvement initiatives, and
business cases.
Provide supervision, mentoring, training,
recruitment support, and professional development reviews across analytics and
data warehouse functions, supporting the development of technical and
analytical capability within the team.
Promote continuous improvement, collaborative
working, and the appropriate use of emerging technologies to enhance reporting,
analytics, and business intelligence capabilities across the organisation..
