We are looking to recruit an
experience Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on the running of the
depot clinic within the Community mental health Teams (CMHT) which is based in
North East Lincolnshire area.
You would be in charge of the
day to day running of the current on site depot clinic along with conducting
home visits for other patients requiring depots. You will be expected to lead
on implementing improvements in to how the depot clinic is delivered.
Navigo CMHT are

senior clinical and leadership skills. The team leads are committed to the
wellbeing and development of the depot service. you will be supported by
receiving regular supervision
Main duties of the job
Act as an
independent practitioner within a defined community setting within the
transformation CMHT/PCN alignments for service-users in North East
Lincolnshire. Will act as an independent
practitioner within a defined community setting, while liaising with other
professionals as necessary.
Will manage
together with a depot clinic nurse a caseload of clients prescribed IM
medication. provide supervision to others as appropriate.
Will be
responsible for the evaluation of nursing care within agreed parameters, and
have a working knowledge of local, national policies and legislation, which
govern current service provision and audit.
Will be
responsible for ensuring effective communication pathways exist.
Will be
responsible for ensuring the promotion of equality diversity and rights in
accordance with good practice and legislation.
Will
be responsible for identifying and contributing to the training needs necessary
in providing quality evidence based care as appropriate.
