This is an exciting opportunity to join the expanding Navigo family, working as a qualified Practitioner or Senior Practitioner within the Acute services on the inpatient lodges. Main duties of the job
The role of a qualified practitioner or senior practitioner involves completing holistic assessment of need, risk assessment & management, delivering evidence-based treatment & interventions, admission/discharge, coaching & supervising junior colleagues, attending and leading meetings (including MDT's, reviews, team meetings, etc.), maintaining the ward environments, supporting the friends/families of people using services, and contributing to the safe and effective delivery of the service whilst ensuring that the people who use our services are always involved and at the heart of any decision-making. Through robust implementation of policy and compliance with the appropriate legal frameworks, this role truly contributes the improving the lives of the people accessing our services.
We're currently considering candidates for inpatient acute, inpatient rehabilitation and the integrated Access Team (which encompasses single point of access, crisis and hospital liaison).
