At times, support of the Core CAMHS Team will be required in assessment and maintenance of medication regimes.

Main duties of the job

At Young Minds Matter, the ADHD service is vital for those with suspected and confirmed ADHD. If you want to make a real difference to a cohort of children and guide them into adulthood, this is the role for you.

Within the role you will take the lead in care planning for the young people on your caseload, developing treatment plans, achieving the personal reward of responding to the difficult behaviours and emotions these children can experience.

The children are with the service for years, so the ability to build meaningful long-term relationships with children and their carers is of the upmost importance.

The wider Young Minds Matter team allow you the freedom to try new approaches, whilst engaging with other agencies, schools and support networks is key.
