An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Workforce & Management Secretary to join our admin team within the Community Services.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has excellent minute taking skills, is educated to GCSE A to C (or equivalent) in Maths and English and either holds an RSA/OCR level 3 typing/word processing qualification or be willing to work towards this.

You will be expected to provide comprehensive and robust administrative management support. You will work with confidential employees records with the level of discretion and diplomacy this entails and at all times adhere to the Navigo Code of Confidentiality. You will assist in the recruitment process producing vacancy documentation, setting interviews, completing interview packs and management of all post interview documentation liaising with Workforce and Finance as appropriate. You will manage the requested annual leave for all staff as well as overseeing staff training.
