Care
Plus Group (CPG) works in partnership with Navigo to deliver Neurodiversity
Services for people with Learning Disabilities and Autistic people within North
East Lincolnshire and across the Humber TCP.
These services aim to meet the unique needs of these populations through
the provision of various Assessment and Treatment, Intervention and Support
Pathways using a Psychology-led, Multi-Disciplinary, needs-led, person-centred
approach.

Senior Specialist Occupational Therapist
Community Learning Disability Team
37.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri) - Part Time Hours considered
Salary Range 7 £43,906 - £50,112 per annum - Developmental post considered
We are seeking a highly
motivated and passionate Occupational therapist to join the therapy team at
Care Plus Group. The post will be based within the Community Learning
disabilities team and also provide support for the Learning disabilities day
service provision at Cromwell Road. These services aim to meet the unique needs
of these populations through the provision of various Assessment and Treatment,
Intervention and Support Pathways using a Psychology-led, Multi-Disciplinary,
needs-led, person-centred approach.
As the Lead Occupational
Therapists you will provide support to ensure people are able to live an
enriched life and be as independent as possible. They are a person-centred
service offering a wide variety of support such as accessing health promotion
groups, working on road safety, enable individuals to complete activities of
daily living more independently, improving mobility, supporting individuals to
meet goals around finances and relationships and ensuring individuals have
appropriate housing and this is adapted to meet their needs.
Working closely
with other team members, GP's, practice nurses, hospital staff and a wide range
of other professionals and agencies, with an aim of reducing inequalities for
the individuals that access the service.
